The shopper experience

Virtual try-on should feel like part of your store, not a pop-up bolted on top. Here's what shoppers see and do.

They see themselves, in place

A shopper adds a photo and the product images on the page are replaced with them wearing the product — same scene, same framing, same page. The product's original context is preserved, so it looks like it belongs.

Easy ways to add a photo

Shoppers can upload a photo, use their camera, or scan a QR code to continue on their phone. It takes a moment, then the page updates with their try-on.

Blurred, never blocked

We never cut shoppers off mid-experience. When something is gated, it's delivered lightly blurred rather than withheld — so the experience always keeps flowing.

Respectful of their photo

A shopper's photo is used to generate their try-on and nothing more. See the FAQ and our privacy notice for how data is handled.
