FAQ

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Still stuck? The assistant in the corner can help — or generate a live demo of your store.

Do I need to change my store's design?
No. Try-on appears in place of your existing product images and adapts to your page. Adding it is one line of code.
What does a shopper have to do?
Add a photo — by upload, camera, or QR code. Their photo then replaces the product images so they see themselves wearing the product.
How much does it cost?
$0.10 per generated try-on image. New accounts get the first 50 free on a 30-day trial, with no card required. See Billing & plans.
Can I try it before signing up?
Yes. Share a product URL with the assistant and it builds a live demo on your real page. Claim it later to turn it into your account.
Will it slow down my site?
The snippet loads asynchronously and doesn't block your page. Try-on runs only when a shopper chooses to use it.
What happens to a shopper's photo?
It's used to generate their try-on and nothing more. See the shopper experience page and our privacy notice.
Can I control which images get fitted?
Yes — just the image being viewed or the whole gallery, from your dashboard. This also controls cost, since pricing is per image.
How do I connect my own systems?
Use webhooks and scheduled reports to receive try-on activity on your backend. See Webhooks & reports.
