These terms govern your use of TRYON Technology's virtual try-on service and website. By using the service you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you agree on its behalf.
The service
TRYON Technology provides self-serve virtual try-on that a merchant embeds on its store so shoppers can see themselves wearing products, plus tools to create demonstrations of it.
Accounts & eligibility
The service is for business use. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to use any content you provide.
Trial & free allowance
New accounts include a 30-day trial with the first 50 try-ons free and no card required. Limits and allowances are described on our pricing page and may be adjusted over time.
Fees & billing
Virtual try-ons are billed at $0.10 per generated image; an optional $500/month subscription unlocks full data and features. Billing is handled by Stripe; you authorize the charges applicable to your plan. Fees are exclusive of taxes. See the pricing page for current details.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes, must not upload a person's image without the rights and consent to do so, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
Shopper content & consent
Merchants are responsible for ensuring shoppers consent to the processing of their photos to generate a try-on. Shoppers grant a limited licence for us and our fitting provider to process the submitted photo solely to produce the try-on, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the service and our technology. Content you provide remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.
Third-party services
The service relies on third parties — including the fitting-generation provider, payment processing, and hosting. Their terms may also apply to those parts of the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." Virtual try-on images are AI-generated approximations and may not be exact. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRYON Technology is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the service at any time; certain terms survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. [Jurisdiction to be confirmed in legal review.]
